Vendors must complete a Vendor Registration Form to reserve tables at the 2017 Pecos Conference. The deadline for vendor registration is July 22, as we have to know how much room we need in the tent.


You do not need a permit to be a vendor, but, if your company is a corporation or an LLC, you must provide the conference organizer with a certificate of insurance.


There are two ways to register for tables: 

--Fill out the online Vendor Registration Form

--Or fill out and mail the Vendor PDF form to Gary Newgent at the address below or email to organizer@pecosconference.org.


Vendors can pay for tables two ways:

--by PayPal or credit card by clicking the "Pay Now" button




--or by mailing a check, payable to the "Site Steward Foundation," to
