The 2018 Pecos Conference will observe the traditional schedule:

Thursday, August 9
--2 p.m. Camping area opens at the conference site

--6 to 8 p.m. Opening Reception and Registration

     Museum of Northern Arizona

     3101 North Fort Valley Road (Highway 180), Flagstaff

     The reception will be held along with the museum's Thirsty Thursdays event, held every week during the summer. MNA exhibits will be open during the reception, and Pecos participants can enjoy the Thirsty Thursday entertainment as well.

At the reception you can

     --pick up registration packets (if you preregistered) or

     --register for the conference

Please RSVP for the reception when you preregister.

NOTE: please use the north entrance to the MNA parking lot (at the Pecos Conference sign) to reduce traffic congestion; a shuttle bus may run from a parking lot across Fort Valley Road to the exhibits building to the traffic of both events.

Friday, August 10

--8 to 10 a.m. Drop off donations for Silent Auction in Vendor Tent
--8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Presentation, poster and vendor tents open

--10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Silent Auction on view

Saturday, August 11

--8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Silent Auction on view
--8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Presentation, poster and vendor tents open
--12 p.m.-1 p.m. Business meeting
--5 p.m. Beer and wine served (beer from Mother Road Brewing Company)

--3 p.m. Silent Auction ends. Bidders pay and pick up winning items.

--5 p.m. Beer service from Golden Road Brewing
--6 p.m. Dinner served (Salsa Brava’s famous Fajita Buffet)
--8 – 10 p.m. Music by Andy See and His Swinging Jamboree

Sunday, August 12
--Field Trips (sign-up begins Friday at the Registration table)
