Stage 1 Fire Restrictions
Pursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 551 and 36 C.F.R. § 261.50(a), the following are prohibited on the National Forest System (NFS) lands on the Prescott National Forest, described below and shown on the attached map incorporated into this Order as Exhibit A (the Described Area):
1. Building, maintaining, attending, or using a fire, campfire, or stove fire, including charcoal and briquettes outside a fire structure that is provided by the Forest Service within a designated area (list of designated areas provided in Exhibit C to this Order). 36 C.F.R. § 261.52(a).

Note: Camp stoves with liquid fuels can be used if they have an on and off switch or knob. Make sure you are off the ground and there is no vegetation within 3 ft of the stove.
2. Smoking, except within an enclosed vehicle or building, a developed recreation site, or while stopped in an area at least three (3) feet in diameter that is barren or cleared of any flammable material. 36 C.F.R. § 261.52(d).
3. Discharging a firearm, air rifle, or gas gun. 36 C.F.R. § 261.58(m)
Breakfast and lunch options will not be provided on Friday and Saturday, due to the difficulty of finding a food truck. Attendee are encouraged to bring food or visit restaurants in Chino Valley
Update - A potable water container will be located at the main tent.

The conference and camping area will be held on the Prescott National Forest, 17 miles northeast of
Chino Valley, AZ.
On-Site Camping Info
Tent and RV camping will be available at the conference site at no additional fee. You can select this option when completing your online registration.

For preservation/conservation reasons, vehicles will not be able to drive far off of the tent camping access road. Campers will need to carry their gear if they wish to camp further in the tent camping area.
​
BE PREPARED FOR SUN - The tent camping areas is in a clearing with minimal shade bearing trees.

Hats, Shirts, and Water Bottles​

The hats are one-size-fits-most and are available in a blue. The Shirts are available in long-sleeve and short-sleeve in a blue color. The logos will be embroidered on both the hats and shirts. The water bottles are orange and made out of aluminum.
